Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

For prepaid & COD orders: We charge no shipping and handling fee. Free shipping is included.

Partial COD 

The partial cash on delivery deposit amount (Rs.99) won't be refunded incase of order cancelation post shipment or if you are unavailable at the time of delivery or if you have provided an incomplete or wrong address  or if you refuse the order at the time of delivery. This amount goes towards our shipping and logistics cost and is not refundable to us from our courier partners.

Order Processing:

We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3 to 4 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
