Refund/Replacement Policy

We have a 7-day return/replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include replacing the product at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the seal. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the seal is broken, or the item is used, we can not accept the return, since it can not be sold again.

Personal care and Health items can not be returned due to hygiene & safety issues.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@masofta.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Partial COD Refund:

The partial cash on delivery deposit amount (Rs.99) won't be refunded incase of order cancelation post shipment or if you are unavailable at the time of delivery or if you have provided an incomplete or wrong address  or if you refuse the order at the time of delivery. This amount goes towards our shipping and logistics cost and is not refundable to us from our courier partners.
